but he wasn't given any time to do anything about it.. convince the guy to go back.. call the cops etc.. Theres not a lot you can do in the time it takes to do a U-turn. Sure IF they made it home and he let the guy get away with it.. yes guilt by association, not 30 seconds after the fact.
