More trouble for Bush!
Terror suspects get court access
The US Supreme Court has ruled that terror suspects held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba can use the US legal system to challenge their detention.
The six-to-three ruling is a major setback for the Bush administration.
It passes no judgment on the guilt or innocence of about 600 foreign-born terror suspects held at Guantanamo Bay.
Nor did the court address the issues of human rights surrounding the men's capture and their detention without trial for more than two years.
