Stupid as it may seem to even say this (as I am sure many others might get a giggle from me saying so) but I believe we can offer what you are looking for at dirtystats.com. We are in the process of developing a counter at the moment, and we have one of the best php coders in the biz on our team, and we are willing to invest time and money. Although I doubt highly you would, but if you want to talk about exactly what you are looking for please hit me up and we will obviously take your opinion and suggestions and implement them.
