I'm currently using Home Free Pro by these guys, and have mixed feelings. Now that it is setup and I've fixed the typos and script errors it runs great. Near every cgi and pl file was full of typos, and while it may not have affected script execution, it annoyed the hell out of me - one example: "a window is not being opened"... when updating headers / footers... it of course should have read "a window is NOW being opened"... Tons of that sort of shit.
Other than that, the script was easy to setup and configure. It does have some quirks, like anything, but once you learn them you should have few problems.
I haven't needed any support, but am probably lucky because I've heard support there sucks.
I've heard great things about
http://www.xpanel.org/ and though it is only a 49 dollar script, it looks pretty feature rich. I heard configuration was a pain though.
Another one I've heard some good things about (and some bad)
