I'm thinkin that's pretty much on the mark...
2-10k is pretty low end....the several 10s of Ks a month and up is the other side...
I like a little story you (KRL) mentioned a while back about the old man you had a discussion with in a bar....he wrote 2 checks, one for 100 bucks one for 1m bucks...threw them on the ground and asked you to pick them up and let you know which one was harder to pickup....
that's a very telling story and I know I fucked up the retelling of it, but the message is solid...
