I don't know if that would be a good idea for you, but you could try exchanging content with some other amateur site people you know.
The advantage would be that you could triple, quadruple your content! But you'd have one disadvantage: your content would not be exclusive anymore... it depends on what you aim
Or you could shoot stuff with other amateur sites, so both can use the same content.
