Yep, I've done both...depends on who I'm talking to. Most of my friends know etc., but if it comes up in casual conversation with someone I've just met, I usually don't mention it...you never know when you'll meet some repressed Catholic who will end up stalking you LOL.
Seriously, the easiest way is to make some glam non-adult thing and use it as a cover if you need one. Not a big deal.
