So, it's no virus/spyware ? User feedback says something different:

"I've used spybot fully updated and also used Ad-aware 6.0 fully updated, but can't get rid of mediatickets, it takes over my browser all the time and my machine is running really slow!!"

So much for uninstalling:

"This worm disables antivirus software and sets up an autodial sequence.
If you finally disable mediatickets, it starts autodialing porn sites."

"There is indeed a .js file that will install MediaTickets ActiveX component as part of the html code and due to the malware nature of MediaTickets and it's possible affiliation to PurityScan adware....it's best not to have more victims than we already have."

So much for helping "customers":

"Brand-new stealth ware virus I got..

It grabs the first opened web page and redirects to a website that always has .sirux in the path.. It's smart enough to change the redirection daily, so you can't just quarantine the page in restricted websites..

It's a reall pain.. Once it opens ITS page --- it tries to download an setup something for "mediatickets""

Just some random quotes, I could post 50 more, looks like there are shitloads of happy mediatickets customers
