Is it complex? yes it is.. I dont have all the info.. and im not saying it certain that ETs exist... However.. I know it would be pretty dumb to dismiss all the concrete and circumstantial evidences we have on the subject because we have difficulty understanding how all of this is beeing handle within the government...
From what I get.. presidents dont know about it.. but who says Top army guys or people like Rumsfeld are left in the dark.. I would sure love to know more details about all this if anyone has some...
