You have eaten them for years and you are still breathing.....humn MAYBE they are ok to eat. MAYBE the FDA does something other than just bust the balls of those of us selling consumable novelty products like enhancers.......glad to see my tax money at work.
You would be suprised how strong your body is and how well it can handle things. If you really wanna go into what goes on with your food and you are going to make life altering dietary decisions based on it save yourself the time and start a farm and only eat what you grow there.
