As far as threatening my son, we tried it and they don't listen. My son tells them "You've gotta get out of the house otherwise I'm gonna be grounded" and they don't give a shit, they walk on in on their own, he doesn't invite them over, thus we can't really punnish him if he tries to tell them and they don't listen. Even when he says that he doesn't wanna play with them, they still hang around outside and keep asking if he's gonna come back out. THEN they go jump on our trampoline despite us saying that they can't go on it when no one is out.

Time to talk with their parents. This behavior isn't right and it almost seems like the parents could be neglecting their children and passing them on to someone else. Take action!
