headed home pretty early tonight (12am) and thus had the pleasure of sharing the streets with the newly licensed and driving my mom's toyota camry crowd.

four of them in a car pull up to a light and i looked over because the brakes sounded like they were going to tear the rotors off. i laugh when some kid's like "wtf u lookin at" and i made some comment about the brakes. "fuck u how you like driving daddy's car?" now, this caught me off guard because i'm 23 and look just about 25.

did i tear it up? make them feel inferior because at that age i was putting myself through school and driving around a fly ride? make a comment about the oh so latent homosexuality?

nah. i just looked around in the car and said "well... it's pretty nice"
