If the servers were allowing it, (and we all know they were) then they deserve to be shut down. It boils down to... if you're gonna share your software, don't do it in public out in front of the police station AND... AND... expect to make a profit off it. (pretty bold if you ask me)
They played the game.... and now they'll have to pay the dealer.
