My sites are back up. I've had service interrupted longer at mainstream companies in the past.
On another note, I wouldn't have very much confidence in a company that trolls these messages looking to pick up small accounts.
I guess any domains pointing to prohosters' nameservers will be blacklisted everywhere now... :P
