I don't think they will ever bring him to court.
If they do I bet there will be aot of those idiots blowing themself up or kidnap people and such.
I guess the best they could do is when they get him to hand him over to the northen alliance and let them hang him.
Of course they could play some painful games with him before they hand him over.
I think if america will kill him there will be alot of protests and terror from those idiot extremists.
No mather what proof you have.... they always say he is innocent so is the best if he will be killed by muslims.
