i need some help with the basics.
i'm going to create a corporation specifically fo my online ventures
keep in mind that i am no baller here, i do not make 100k a year.(i may be the only GFYer to ever admit that
)
should i go with LLC or S- corp?
is there a site where i can go and register and search to see if my corp name is taken?
etc....
any, and all info that you can help me with i will really appreciate
