For the best weather San Diego or the Bay Area. I liked the Bay Area myself lived there
for 20 years and just moved the Fresno.
In the Bay Area, Palo Alto, Mountain View,
and Sunnyvale are all great, any further
south like San Jose it get's a little warmer
in the summer. Then you can just drive over to Santa Cruz if you want the beach.
The big problem with the Bay Area now is "COST".
I also lived in the Los Angeles area when I 1st came to Californa, but prefer the Bay Area much much more.
For the cheapest big city now in the USA, would be Fresno, Californa.
