I just wonder who they base "The Rugrats" off of. Hell, those people don't watch their fucking kids, letting them do what they want getting into everything. They're 1-3 years old and they leave them alone in the back yard or an old man that falls asleep half the times that he watches them.
Maybe they went down to "Social Services" to get some inspirations for a storyline for that show, he he he.
