The religion excuse is pure bullshit.

And the sanitary excuse doesn't stand either. We have showers in this day and age and someone would have to be really sloppy on hygiene to mess up on pulling and cleaning. I say don't touch it, teach the kid to wash his dick as soon as you show him how to wash up and everything will be fine.
