How long does it usually take for you to aquire those spots?
Do you normally tweek your pages after being generated?

PR doesnt matter, it depends on the Keyword phrase, anywhere between 0 and 6
depends on the technique I am using - between 3 days for refspam, and about 2 months for dmoz / paid liksting.
Nope, build em and leave, em, I do fuck around with links though
