You are absolutely right, Roberto, I mean we can work like dogs in terrible environment and still get great results, but when we trying to do something you can see the result. People laughing from my language, I want to see that man learning russian and try to speak russian, this probably will be funny to me, from the other hand you don't need to know russian, there is no need for you.
