if your working with wmv9 files.... you'll just want to save(export) the movie to a lower bitrate....
alot of peepz using like 380k or 512k... i ike 768k bitrate... its 640x480 and can go full screen and still look real nice.
if your just doing basic editing and wanna get shit down kwik and get it busy....
dont use premiere... use moviemaker2 built into windowsXP.
if you dont have version 2, you can download it for free from microsoft.com
It's a great tool to get shit done quick.... especially for the web.
