Is there any way you guys can make it tougher to get accounts. I know you want all the "real" webmasters you can get but is there a way to weed out these assholes before they get in and cause the trouble..??
I'm no free host owner and have no idea how any of it works other than the fact that all I need to sign up is an email and the willingness to put a check in a box saying I agree to your terms
