Ive found the same thing. Instead of paying top wages thought I have had luck with local college students. Work is good, they need the cash and are pretty reliable. Take an ad out in the student weekly and see what you can turn up

Good idea. I just thoguht paying $5/hr for a good programmer sounds perfect. Although it's probably tooo good to be true unless you live in an area like Dubai
