I can't emphasize enough what a bunch pf pussies the :LAPD is.
They are camped out at the 4 way stop signs in Hollywood Hills so they can pull over some old geezer in an $80,000 car. When their not doing that there doing underground stings at the strip clubs to make sure no ones getting an illegal lap dance. Glad to see they got this whole "terroism thing" licked so now they can focus on real problems
The reason traffic is so fucked is becuase eveyone is scared of getting a ticket and that's because LAPD hands out Chicken Shit Violations all day long. Mean while some 80 year old lady is getting raped and murdered across Town. It's Ironic that they are constantly saying they don't have enough man power.
