That little "loophole" where offshore income isn't taxable only applies if you are in that country when getting that income. If you are LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES you still have to pay taxes on that income, even if it is from an offshore company.

Also even if the sponsor doesn't send 1099s because they are offshore doesn't mean the IRS doesn't know. The bank will report your revenues even if the sponsor doesn't! So there goes that theory.

Of course you admitted to cashing your checks at a grocery store, which probably won't be reporting your revenues to the IRS.

For someone who claims to have been studying tax law for 10 years you're pretty laughable.

Maybe you should go and pay off those loans that you're franticly hiding from and try to rebuild that shit credit of yours before making such bold claims.
