If you are having problems converting us e-mail [email protected], he might be able to help. With the chargebacks we do this to protect ourself from fraud from webmasters and members. On the other hand if a person requests a refund then we do not take that back from the webmaster, that would not be fair as chances are it was an error on our part of some kind.
