Netbilling is looking for a qualified individual with a long-term career goal to grow and manage a medium sized sales team. Netbilling is a leading transaction gateway provider and call center, specializing in secure internet transaction processing solutions for business-to-consumer and business-to-business electronic commerce. The available position will focus on the establishment and implementation of an expanded sales force as well as office and staff management. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong sales ability with knowledge of internet transaction processing, bankcard sales, merchant account acquisitions, and telemarketing. The manager will be responsible for sales team employee hiring and training, in addition to prospecting for new merchant business at several levels including, telemarketing, outside sales, advertising ROI, public relations, lead generation, and lead follow-ups. In addition, this position requires general management of the call center as well as office staff and internal operations.
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain, expand and train inside sales and telemarketing team
* Manage public relations and advertising
* Prospect sales leads for transaction processing and call center clients
* Identify and assemble lead lists utilizing a variety of sources
* Email, outbound and inbound telephone sales follow up
* Manage complete sales cycle from qualification to close
* Demonstrate expertise relative to Netbilling's processing solutions
* Expand relationships with existing clients/partners
* Establishing and meeting monthly growth and revenue quotas
* Trade show attendance and seminar speaking
* Develop bank and ISO relationships
OFFICE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
* Internal call center and staff management
* Project management
* Project reporting
REQUIREMENTS
* BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Equivalent employment experience will be considered.
* 5+ years experience in sales/customer service management
* Extensive understanding of the e-commerce market
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid internet, MS Office, Customer management software, and PC knowledge
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Proven track record of achievement, in a sales environment
* Experience working with quotas
* Strong time management skills
* Motivated self-starter
