that was a cake walk.
now i try desperately to stay under 200 lbs..lol ugh
i used to check out guys builds as i would actually try to sculpt a body part a certain way...pretty cool once you really know your body..id say only hard core athletes and people working out to the limit and beyond really ever get to truly know their body
