there are 2 yoga postions that will get you going in 30 minutes or less
sit down on the floor legs straight out in front of you.
slide right foot up to left knee
put foot on other side of left knee
turn torso and place outside of left elbow on right side of right knee with your left palm up
stretch it out and then do the opposite
hold the stretches and look up and away and you will be all good in 30 minutes.
