There are two sides of the coin here.
If it is just some girl/guy you pick up and basically use for the night it should not create much conflict due to mutual participation.
If it is a girl/guy that is single and you bring them into the mix that can potential create problems as if one of you "enjoys" the other person a bit too much relationship will get strained and mistrust will develop....(happened to me)
My girl and I have done both multiple times and to be candid the ones which created the least strain/drama we the MMF not the FFM. The FFM scenes more times than not ended with the other chick trying to hook up with me on the down low...which is a no go if you want to keep your dick in place and not end up like John Bobbitt. I have made my mistakes but life is too short not to try!
