Well, like most efforts to assert program superiority solely on the basis of a higher promised payout, it SOUNDS good.
I would encourage webmasters to resist being distracted by payout bidding wars, and reach their own conclusions in the only way that matters -- DIRECT EXPERIENCE.
It's worth the trouble to shop around. You'll learn that Joe's 80% might not really be more than Sam's 60%. You might learn that $1 more per join, in the final summation -- ISN'T.
