Okay dude... there's far too much to go into here, but I'm gonna start with the heavy stuff.
First of all, it's chaotic. There is no balance to it whatsoever. You've got every shape under the sun in it except maybe a pentagon. Bad idea.
Your bevels do not match... they range from none at all to way overblown, and everything in between... perspective is shot.
Complete lack of defining framework, combined with all the different shapes, it looks like a pile of kids shape toys that they pound into the holes.
Too much different text. Different text styles are cool, but they should compliment each other, not compete with each other.
Too much half-opacity... on everything... bad blending technique.
Too many textures.... remember, you don't HAVE to use them all.
Total absence of a theme. It's all over the place man. Not only does there seem to be 9 different attempts at some sort of theme, with none of them accomplishing it, but nothing stands out either. You're trying to make EVERYTHING stand out, and thus, nothing does.
And finally, your name, while it may mean something to you.... has zero meaning to a surfer. What is a VA2K? If it has some adult meaning, spell it out for us or we won't have any idea. You may want to consider looking for a different domain.
Not a bad effort for a beginner, but it's screaming for improvement. Don't stop there.
We talked briefly earlier on ICQ, and I'm guessing that my price was too high and you decided to do it yourself... but, believe me when I tell you there is value in what I can do for you. Wouldn't you rather spend the money and have a site that converts, versus something you did in a few hours that no one will pay .50 cents to get inside?
Just my feedback bro..... if you keep workin' on it and follow the input & tips I put up there, you'll show a marked improvement in no time at all. Your second page actually looks better than the front.
