what this means is this:
within the next 36 months we will have HUGE inflationary rates as the government prints money to pay bills.
if you kids are not homeowners now, it is very likely you will be renters the rest of your life.
i saw what happened in calif in the late seventies---that scenario will happen all over america.
we will become a nation of haves, and have-nots.
if you can buy real estate at all, do it right now.
people may not have liked bill clinton, but he left office with a huge budget surplus, which helped keep inflation low.
bush inherited that huge budget surplus, pissed it away in four years and now we have the BIGGEST FEDERAL DEFICIT IN US HISTORY, and you will see the ripple effect of that mistake in the coming months.
sorry, but that's the truth.

the real problem and the real truth is that a lot of people live with blinders on and only look at the surface but not below.
- the deficit was not mostly because of the iraq war... it was growing before that.
- big companies will always look to export jobs to were it's cheaper because shareholders (you!) want to see profits. if there is no incentive (such as tax breaks or whatever), why should they stay? out of the goodness of their hearts? comeon! this is business!
- clinton entered office during the dot com boon (thus surplus). ANY president would have benifited. does this mean he created it? NO. he was at the right place at the right time.
-bush entered office when the dot coms was going bust (started last year of clinton actually). ANY president would be face a deficit.
- would any policies that either president enacted kept the surpluses growing or deficits declining? probably not. business/stock market had to run it's course.
does this mean i'm a republican? no
does this mean i'm a democrat? no
does this mean i'd vote for kerry or bush? no
it's so funny how people who belong to a "party" just put on the blinders to the stupid shit in that happens in their party.
