I have been debating quiting for quite awhile now.
I'm still young, and have been smoked for quite a few years.
I go through 1.5 packs a day, but I feel myself edging towards 2
I feel very unhealthy, I am out of breath, I can barely walk around my house without loosing my breath

Well, this is due to my weight as well, but that is next on my list of changing my lifestyle.
I have tried quitting before to no avail, mainly because I have been smoking for years now, and it is a habit to be on the computer smoking, pick up the phone - pick up a smoke, etc..
Anyone here have any advice/success stories?
I appreciate all comments, suggestions. Thanks
