"Sleep" has been making me tired lately. Once I get some real rest, it's difficult to get back into the rhythm of work for extended periods of time. When I sleep for a good 8+ hours, I can't go more than another 6 to 10 hours without at least a nap of 3+ hours.

I almost have to force myself to stay awake past the "tired" point to get back on track.
