This thing is HUGE, he makes Charley look like a little anorexic schoolgirl. It's a mammoth, moving slow and pummeling the state to death with heavy winds and rain. Charley was more like a hit and run, while Frances is lingering til he clears the place a bit. Don't be fooled by Category 2 or Tropical Storm, it's devastating.
