I hate it when my sleep-schedule is fucked up. Just find out what time you want to sleep. let's say for example 1am. If you're not tired @ 12am yet you should roll 2 blunts (your choice how you roll them) and smoke them 20mins before you go to bed. I think that'll get you to sleep.

And if you want to stay awake you should hit the coffee..
