If you follow that link I just provided, you'll see that it turns out to be around 18.6 million people a year vacation off-continent. Of those 18.6, there's probably a fair bit of doubling-up (2 trips a year or more), so the number is more likely in the low-mid teens in terms of raw numbers. Still, when dealing with money, total number of trips is a more useful metric.
