Puts the burden of "The Freedom of expression" and Constitutional rights of expression on distributor's to liability.
Distributors will become liable for the distribution of idea's in regards to adult entertainment and potentially other fountain heads of information. It is the introduction to breaking down liability for information.
I think thats the core of this new 2257 law.
Frankly I do not think its necessary, nor in the best interests of not only our industry but other industries.
