Unless she is completely disproportionate, from looking at her arms, neck and face she is not fat. She is wearing white with horizontal lines and diagnals as well as turned slightly sideways. She is not 99 pounds but I would not call the chic fat.
You should post another pic but here is a bad place really, she is either going to become content or be a sex slave, if she is up for that then this is the right place, but getting someone to openly say they will pay her for company is not going to happen when everyone is used to looking at, shooting or talking to models all day.
