Anyway just found the site, looks like they do ref spamming or other stuff like that.It doesn't look like a site from a professional guy who was a few thousand domains with traffic from where he links to you.
Edit: On another site he states that he does ref spamming for the backlinks, definately not worth 300-500$ a month.
