Congratulations, keep up the good work


Go for walks and get one of those gel stress squeeze balls and fidget with it while walking.

The combination of blood circulating, increased air intake and busy hands will help.

Also, don't think about smoking. Force your attention on strengthening yourself, imagine yourself as Rocky if you have to.. something so you start to associate POWER with yourself instead of smoking.
