Quotes For Host Needed ASAP (Saturday AM)

I am having serious problems with the host I have switched to recently. Today, my sites are resolving at less then 1 kbps. An 83000 byte html page is taking 120 seconds + to download.

What I need is firm quotes. I don't use ICQ, so I have provided the necessary details and ask that anyone that is interested send me your completed quote by email.
[email protected]

Here's what I am using now:

1 Server - PIII 1Gig - 60 gig HD - 512 Ram
Linux
Sites hosted - 30
Sites with significant traffic - 18
Source of traffic - Search Engines, Avs, tgp'S, Link Lists
Bandwidth used last month - 1,300 gigs

Here's what I need:
1) Either Linux or Win2K.
2) A quote including the configuration that you believe can handle my load without a degradation in service.
3) At least 2 domain names that host on your servers. Must be high traffic, so that I can do a couple of speed tests. Please don't simply provide your own host name. I truly need sites that are being maxed. I will not contact the owners but simply run resolve tests from approx 50 international locations.
4) Do you have 24/7 customer service? If so, please provide details. Is there a real tech ready to work on problems who has the ability to make quick fixes, even if the problem is at a remote datacenter, or is 24/7 simply an email or message leaving system.
4) How long from the moment I place an order until the box is up and running?
5) Does your server come with a control panel. ie: simplicity of setting up domains, mail, etc. I want a "fill in the blank" solution, and not the need to be a networking expert.
6) If I save my current files as a tgz / tar back-up file, is there an easy way to upload to the server and then reassign the files to the proper domains. I have approx 7 gigs of files, spread across 30 domains, and roughly 500,000 individual files. My last server move took 7 days, due to having to upload each file.
7) Price and complete specs of your offering.

Thanks. I look forward to doing business with one of you.
