Depends on the terms... for example, traffic from the term "Aria Giovanni" could be sold for like 7 cents per click (I've been #1 for that before now, and I know for a fact that it's not worth any more than 7 cents)... with that high ranking, that term brought like 13,000 clicks from Google over a 30 day period. That was a while back... that term could be worth shit now, only the guys listed high from that term would be able to tell you.
You've gotta let buyers make a profit. If you're making $35 from 1000 clicks, you don't sell it for that much, you sell it for less. Webmasters are looking to make a profit, not break even. So you lower the price to $25, you get the idea.
