It's Euro's, not pounds...fucking symbols are all screwy.
They pay in Euros, so the exchange is variable but they have a table on their site that shows the cents per min for various countries, so you can get some idea of the rates etc. They also do a 50/50 revshare thing etc.
They pay in Euro's by wire, and the bank does the conversion.
