I switched from Servint to Candid about 2 years ago. When I first switched there were problems because of Level3 which is one of their peers. They dont have any control over that company so it took a few weeks before Level3 upgraded to handle the traffic. Since then its been smooth sailing. I can easily live with a week or two of flakey problems every two years. Compared to other services they have really shined. I wont defend their tech support though. A little hint.. make sure you have your root password because anyone in their support can help you if you have it.
