1: My dog decided to start climbing out of the fence one day and went to a neighbors house behind me. When I went to get her the neighbor told me how she was a huge dog lover etc. and that the dog could come over any time. 2: Live in the country on a dead end road way out in the sticks. My best friend who is a police officer brought his 4 wheeler over and road it to the dead end and back then rode it around my yard. The nutty neighbor called the police that he was riding it wrecklessly on the road and in the yard (yeah right) so they came out for that and had a good laugh.
3: Loud music when we weren't home. They left a note on my door, we never even play music in the house.
4: Sitting in my office working, wife in the living room and we get a knock. It's a cop and he says he had a report of me and my wife outside yelling at each other 20 minutes before he got there. I proceeded to tell him our neighbors are fucking idiots and we haven't even been outside, much less in an arguement. He apologized and left.
5: Dog was chained up at our shop with a concrete floor. Doghouse in the door of the shop, long ass chain. Dog lover called the cops because it was cold outside and the dog was outside. (chocolate lab with doghouse full of hay)
6: Same dog, same chain. Psycho neighbor called to complain about the dog barking. Middle of the day, he lives 2 acres down and across the street. Cops had a laugh and left.
7: Best friend (cop again) parked his 16 foot trailer 90% in my yard and less than a foot in the street. Wide ass, country, dead end road. 1 week later psycho neighor decided it was in the way so he called the cops. Cops called me on the phone and asked me to move it. I told them I was going to drag it all the way in the yard right then and hung up. When I went outside a cop met me at my driveway and said I didn't need to move it right then because it was raining. He also said he wouldn't even have asked but the guy keeps calling about it. Anyhow, he told me to move it the next day when it quit raining.
Next morning I get a knock from another cop because psycho neighbor has already called about the trailer again. 8:00 am before I woke up to even think about moving it like I discussed with the first cop. I asked the cop if the same idiot keeps calling to bug them and he laughed and said yes, he calls constantly.

Sounds like a miserable fuck who isn't happy with his lot in life and is intent on making everyone around him miserable too.
I'd suggest putting a NO TRESPASSING sign on your property. If he comes onto your property again and leaves a note, call the police on him.
