Interesting idea. It can work too, but I assume it cuts down your profit margin unless you're doing quantity and I guess that's what you're after.
I suppose you will not offer things like free hosting? If not, it's still a great deal considering affiliates get 100% of sales, and about 50% or more of that would traditionally be eaten by bandwidth costs anyway.
I think it's a neat business model. The only drawback I would guess is if the exits go to sites on other programs basically because you will rely solely on those programs for your bread (unless you also own the sites you will be using in the exit consoles?).
I've only heard good things about NATS and the fact that you're going to use NATS for this program really shows your confidence in your program and leaves a very good first impression.
A new business model worth a try. May beta test this baby for you.
