Nah, it's not Josh Carnel. It's just Josh, he's still there. He'll pretty much take care of anything you need, but he can't talk to everyone all the time.
They're all working their asses off over there. Making deals, finding scalable solutions, and getting everything lined out to kick ass. Just hang in there, and I think everyone will be happy with the end result. Good people.
